A cottage with a sauna and a swimming lake surrounded by forests and meadows is located in the heart of the Žďár Hills on the outskirts of the village of Počítky near the town of Žďár nad Sázavou. It is a renovated manor house from 1837, the interior of which now combines elements of rural old times with modern comfort. You can look forward to a peaceful natural environment, privacy, the smell of wood and stoves. The cottage offers accommodation for 19 people in three apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom. The property can be rented as a whole or each apartment separately. DESCRIPTION: APARTMENT RYCHTÁŘKA (112 m²), the heart of the entire cottage, has a capacity for 6 people. There is a double bedroom (1x double bed with a length of 190 cm) and a four-bed bedroom (2x single beds and 1x bunk bed). This apartment is wheelchair accessible and has its own terrace with a view of the greenery and a private entrance to the building. Its dominant feature is a spacious living room with a beautiful tiled stove, kitchen, large dining table and a pleasant sitting area. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and hot tub. GRANDMOTHER'S APARTMENT has a capacity for 7 people (89 m²). The interior of the apartment is decorated in an authentic retro style with original and slightly funny decorations evoking a warm atmosphere from the times of our grandmothers. The apartment has a four-bed bedroom (4x single beds) and a three-bed bedroom (3x single beds - can be combined into a double bed). There is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. APARTMENT LOUKA (64 m²) has a capacity of 5+1 people. Its interior is dominated by light furniture, fine textiles and details with floral patterns create the feeling that you are in the middle of a blooming meadow. The entire space is bright and airy. There is a double bedroom (2x single beds - can be combined into a double bed), a triple bedroom (1x single bed and 1x bunk bed) and 1x extra bed in the form of a sofa bed in the living area. The apartment includes a cozy living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dining area). Each of them has a TV (TV viewing), board games and WIFI connection. A cot, high chair and bath are available for children. The bathrooms include heating ladders and hairdryers. Heating is provided by central heating with distribution to all apartments. There is underfloor heating throughout the property. In Rychtářka, you can heat the house in a fireplace. Wood is available to guests. Outside, a grassy garden stretches around the cottage. All accommodations can sit in a roofed pergola. Relaxation is provided by a Finnish barrel sauna and refreshment by a swimming pond. There is a grill, fireplace and storage for bicycles and skis. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 6 parking spaces. In winter, we recommend that you bring snow chains, as a forest path leads to the property (not strictly necessary). Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing are possible in the vicinity of the cottage. Nearby are tennis courts, a riding stable, a golf course and single tracks. Swimming options include: Strž Reservoir, Pilská Reservoir, Medlovský Pond, Žďár nad Sázavou Pool, Vápenice Quarry near Žďár, Nové Město na Moravě Natural Swimming Pool, etc. The nearby Velké Dářko Pond is the largest pond in the Vysočina Highlands and is an ideal place for a walk along the nature trail, to rent pedal boats and for other water sports. In winter, the advantage is the close proximity (approx. 15 minutes from the cottage) of the SKI Harusák ski resort with a chairlift. The surroundings are interwoven with a number of cross-country skiing trails, including the legendary Fryšava Glacier. Biathlon competitions are regularly held in the nearby Vysočina Arena. The pilgrimage church on Zelená Hora St. Jan Nepomuk (UNESCO), Žďár nad Sázavou Observatory, the original primeval forest under Žákova hora, beautiful views of Devíte skaly, Čtyře palice, Malinská skaly or Drátenická and Pasecká skaly, the ruins of Štarkov Castle, Karlov Glassworks with glass painting workshops, Polnička Entertainment Complex with mini-ZOO and attractions for the little ones, Eden Center in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem or Jihlava ZOO.
