The cottage is situated in the heart of Žďárské vrchy in the Protected Landscape Area in Vysočina in the small village Karlov near the Velké Dářko pond. Accommodation is possible in four separate rooms with private hygienic facilities. The cottage has a communal lounge with a kitchen on the ground floor. Part of the common room is a fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher and an automatic coffee maker. In the living room there is billiards and TV. In the corridor you can play table football. In the cottage there is one separate toilet with sink near the common room. Furthermore, each bedroom has a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower. The cottage is heated by electrical foils in combination with fireplace stoves. You can reach the building by the asphalt driveway, there are 5 parking spaces. Part of the complex is a stand-alone barn with seating and summer kitchen. Part of the barn serves as a storage of bicycles, skis and boats. The building and the barn are enclosed by a brick fence, and there is a grassy backyard where small children can play. From spring to autumn cyclists can use bicycle paths in the virgin nature of the Žďárské vrchy CHKO. They can also visit Cyklorena Vysočina - Singltracky. In the summer there is swimming and yachting in the Velké Dářko pond, where there are also dragon boat races and windsurfing. Thanks to peat bogs, the pond also has healing effects. In the vicinity you can visit, for example, the UNESCO World Heritage in the Žďár nad Sázavou. Lovers of winter sports can visit the largest biathlon and ski resort in our country - the Vysočina Arena in Nové Město na Moravě or the SKI complex in Hlinsko.
