Atlas cottage with a large garden in the village of Rokytnice in Orlické hory provides accommodation for up to 11 people in 2 apartments. 1-bedroom apartment for 3 people and 2-bedroom apartment for 8 people. The house has two entrances, one from the front of the house from the entrance and the other from the garden. In the garden there is a grilling and roasting area and a large trampoline. Part of the back part of the house, towards the garden, is a wooden terrace and a second paved terrace with parasols connects to it. DESCRIPTION of the cottage: APARTMENT 1 for 3 people. Living room: 1 x double bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 x single bed 90 x 200 cm, 1 x wardrobe, 2 x armchair, 1 x coffee table. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, 1 x dining table, 4 x chairs. APARTMENT 2 for 8 people: 2 x double bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 x bunk bed 90 x 200 cm, 1 x wardrobe, 2 x armchair, 1 x coffee table. Kitchen: 1 x folding U-shaped sofa - two extra beds 140 x 200 cm, 1 x coffee table, Fully equipped kitchen, 1 x dining table, 1 x corner bench, 3 x chairs. Both apartments have TV, Wi-Fi, microwave ovens, gas hobs, "Tchibo" capsule coffee machines, kettles and refrigerators in each apartment. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. Sanitary facilities: Large bathroom with two sinks, large shower (two showers) and toilet. The second toilet has a separate entrance outside the bathroom. Heating: The entire building is heated by a heat pump and each apartment has a fireplace. There is one parking space at the entrance to the cottage, other parking is possible in the vicinity of the building or in the nearby municipal parking lot (free of charge).
