Wellness Double-Cottage (featuring an indoor hot tub, infrared sauna, and an outdoor heated wooden hot tub) located near the village of Nebeská Rybná and the town of Rokytnice v Orlických horách. The property has a capacity of up to 22 guests across 8 bedrooms and consists of two separate units, each with its own private entrance (Cottage Petra: 8 beds + 3 extra beds in 4 bedrooms; Cottage Vojta: 8 beds + 3 extra beds in 4 bedrooms). DESCRIPTION: Both units are identical. The common area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine—please note that capsules are not provided; you will need to bring your own). The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, which features a large sofa bed and a large TV. A wood-burning stove is also located in this room. The ground floor includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, the kitchen and living area, and one bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a luxury bathtub and a toilet. This floor also houses three bedrooms: two contain double beds, while the third features two single beds (one of which can be converted into a double bed). A cot is also available and can be moved to any room. All beds are fitted with high-quality mattresses. High-speed WiFi is provided. Wellness facilities—including an indoor hot tub, an infrared sauna, and an outdoor heated wooden hot tub—are available for rent for an additional fee. Bathrooms: There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on the first floor. The property is heated via underfloor heating, supplemented by a wood-burning stove in the common area, which is capable of heating the entire building. Parking is available right at the cottage. During the winter season, snow chains are recommended, as the access road to the cottage can be challenging. Surroundings: For an excursion, you might consider visiting the "Kameny" (rock formations) in Říčky, ...the Anna Lookout Tower on Annenský vrch, the Zemská brána (Earth Gate), the Masaryk Chalet on Šerlich, Velká Deštná (the highest peak of the Eagle Mountains), the Kunštát Chapel, the Hanička Fortress Museum, and many other attractive sites. The Říčky Ski Center offers a summer chairlift, rentals for mountain carts and scooters, and the Spiders Centre rope park. In winter, the Říčky Ski Center features a six-seater chairlift, a snowpark, ski rentals, a service shop, and a ski school. Ski buses depart from near the cottage. For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, there are dozens of groomed cross-country trails in the vicinity of Říčky. We look forward to welcoming you!
