Cottage with swimming pool - Bohemian Paradise - is located in a semi-secluded area near the forest, in the village of Holenice near the town of Jičín. You can look forward to a quiet environment and beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and pastures. The cottage offers accommodation for 9 people. The owners are part of the property. A spacious apartment (110m²) with its own entrance, terrace and three rooms is available for guests. The apartment can be rented as a whole or each room separately. In total, there are: triple room Tábor (1x double bed, 1x extra bed suitable for a child and a travel cot), double room Trosky (1x double bed) and quadruple room Kozákov (1x double bed, 1x folding bed for two people and a cot upon request). Greater privacy for the Trosky and Kozákov rooms can be ensured by closing the door in the hallway leading to the living room. The interior of the rooms consists of restored furniture supplemented with new elements. For all guests there is a shared living room with a sofa, a fireplace, three dining tables (seating 2 + 2 + 4) and a fully equipped, modern kitchen (large fridge, freezer, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and all cooking equipment including dishes from the Tescoma brand). In the boxes on the fridge you will find a hairdryer, towels, sponges, etc. Board games, cubes, building kits, books for adults and children, petanque, croquet, badminton, slackline, nets, swings, etc. can be rented. You can light stars by the stove for a better atmosphere. Sanitary facilities: The Tábor room has its own bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The Trosky and Kozákov rooms share a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and double sink. There is also one separate toilet. Towels can be rented in the bathrooms. There is a washing machine. Heating is provided by central heating. There are electric ladders in the bathrooms and a fireplace in the living room. For smaller children, there is a high chair at the table, a toilet seat, a step stool for the sink and a potty. There is WIFI internet access and RJ 45 connection throughout the property. Outside, all guests can sit on the terrace under the walnut tree, by the fireplace or by the spring. There is a grill. From the bench at the highest point of the garden, you can enjoy the view of the dominant feature of the Bohemian Paradise - Trosky Castle. In the summer months, the outdoor pool or hoses will refresh you. Children will appreciate the sandbox. The garden also includes an orchard with fruit trees, a small grove for children's secret games and a willow hut. In the neighborhood, children can ride horses and visit a mini zoo. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. Nearby are tennis courts, table tennis, beach volleyball, fitness, bowling, mini golf, riding school and wellness. Swimming options include: Lomnice nad Popelkou swimming pool, Jinolicke ponds, Roudenský pond, Nebákov pond, Věžák pond, Bažantník pond, Sedmihorky swimming pool, Sklář - Ostružno swimming pool, Chuchelna swimming pool, Kníže - Jičín swimming pool, Aqua Centrum Jičín, Sobotka swimming pool, etc. In winter, the Lomnice nad Popelkou cross-country skiing area or the Máchovka Ski Resort are available. For trips in the surrounding area, you can visit Trosky Castle, the Bell Tower with the inverted bells of Rovensko pod Troskami, the Kozákov Lookout Tower, Tábor with the lookout tower, Allain's Tower, Prachovské Rocks, Borecké Rocks, Klokočské Rocks, Hrubé Rocks, Valdštejn Castle, Hrubá Skála Chateau and Frýdštejn with the Pantheon or the historical centers of the towns of Jičín and Turnov.
