The Maxovo království apartment cottage is located on the outskirts of the town of Rovensko pod Troskami, in the very heart of the Bohemian Paradise. Its location makes it a great starting point for trips to popular tourist destinations such as Trosky Castle, Hruboskalsko, Malá Skála or the fairy-tale town of Jičín. Suitable for families with children, a group of friends, cyclists or corporate teambuildings. You can look forward to an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna, terrace with seating or a games room equipped with billiards, table football or darts. The property offers accommodation for 36 people, in 10 separately rentable apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, electric kettle, fridge, microwave and dishes), a dining area and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. The apartments are 2-bed or 4-bed (in the bedrooms where there are 2 single beds, they can be combined into a double bed) and are located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. APARTMENT No. 10 DELUX (ground floor, max. 4 people): 1x four-bed bedroom (1x large double bed, 1x bunk bed), TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, view of the town of Rovensko pod Troskami and outdoor pool. There are 3 more toilets in the accommodation (2x in the common room, 1x by the indoor pool). There is a common room with seating for up to 36 people, equipped with a TV, projector, screen and bulletin board. Here you can organize a family celebration, a meeting of friends or a company teambuilding. Possibility of providing breakfast, catering, wine tasting, homemade cheeses and sausages or the possibility of inviting a grillmaster. There is also karaoke, beer pong, a shared kitchen (complete with a large refrigerator, a convection oven, a dishwasher, a Dallmayer coffee maker and a portable tap). For relaxation, there is an indoor pool (6x3m, depth 150 cm) and a Finnish sauna (preheated to 100 °C) with a relaxation zone. There is also a games room equipped with billiards, table football, a darts machine, a large-screen TV, stylish seating and two arcade machines. The building is heated by underfloor heating, and there are also electric heating ladders in the bathrooms. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced garden with a grassy area. There is a roofed terrace with benches, tables and a large grill. On this terrace you will also find a fireplace with seating. There is free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the building and on the terrace. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there is an outdoor swimming pool (6x3m, depth 150 cm), a garden swing and a seating area with a fireplace and a smokehouse. The little ones will appreciate the fenced children's playground with a sunken trampoline, slide and swings. Parking directly at the property (max. 10 cars) on a fenced, camera-guarded plot. It is also possible to use a second, 50 m away, parking lot (max. 5 cars). In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, rafting, mushroom picking, fishing and winter sports. In the town you can use the nearby football field, children's playground with refreshments, outdoor ice rink or tennis courts. Swimming options include: outdoor pool Železný Brod, aquapark Liberec, aquapark Turnov, Jinolické ponds, Sedmihorky with a sandy beach, Vidlák pond, Malá Skála - Žlutá plovárna or Bělá u Turnova swimming pool. Nearby ski resorts are: Kozákov, Turnov - Struhy, Nad Nádražím - Semily or Koberovy - Hamštejn.
