Cottage with a swimming pool on the border of the Bohemian Forest and the Šumava Mountains - solitude by the forest, outdoor heated pool, large garden, terrace and children's playground. The surroundings are interwoven with hiking trails and cycling paths, not far from Aquapark Kdyně. The cottage can accommodate up to 14 people in 5 bedrooms. There are a total of 5 double bedrooms (double bed), two of which have an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people. A cot is available for rent. All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom (shower and toilet), TV with SAT, and WiFi. Two bedrooms also have their own terrace with a seating area. All guests can spend pleasant moments in the spacious common large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher). The cellar under the cottage is used for quiet sitting with wine or beer. A large selection of Moravian wines is provided. The sanitary facilities include 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets. Heating is provided by a heat pump that also provides hot water. There is a washing machine. From the kitchen you can go outside to a covered pergola with seating. You can also sit on the terrace with an outdoor heated pool. A grill is available for rent. There is a trampoline and a playground for children. There is a heated storage room for bicycles and skis. Parking is available directly at the property. Car security is provided by a camera system. In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts nearby. A large number of cycle paths lead from the cottage, which are also connected to the German side. Swimming options include: Aquapark Kdyně (10 min. by car), Nýrsko Swimming Pool, Starý Klíčov Quarry, Dešenice Swimming Pool or, across the border, the Aquacur spa - Bad Kötzting, etc. There are nearby ski resorts: Nýrsko, Hojsova Stráž - Dlouhá louka or Hohenbogen and others. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive to Korábská vrchovina, Domažlice - Chodský hrad, Dolejší brána, the Jewish synagogue in Kdyně, Klenčí pod Čerchovem, Horšovský Týn, Bystřice nad Úhlavou Chateau or the Čerchov Lookout Tower.
