A cozy cottage with a swimming pool is located on the outskirts of the village of Orlické Záhoří, in the heart of the Orlické Mountains, 200 m below the Jadrná ski slope. Its location makes it an ideal place for well-deserved rest, cycling trips, hiking, cross-country skiing or skiing. The accommodation is suitable for family recreation or for organizing social events. The cottage provides accommodation for 38 people in 4 separate apartments (for 14, 8, 8 and 8 people). One on the ground floor with a separate entrance and the remaining three on the first floor with a shared common room. On the ground floor of the building there is a 14-bed apartment with 4 bedrooms: 1x 2-bed room (2x single bed) and 3x 4-bed rooms (1x bunk bed, 2x single bed). The sanitary facilities include 3x bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. On the first floor there are 3 8-bed apartments. In the first and second 8-bed apartments there are 2 4-bed bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed). The bathroom in both apartments includes 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the third apartment there are 4 2-bed bedrooms (2 single beds) and the bathroom includes 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette (electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle and dishes) with a seating area. It is possible to rent a cot or a high chair. On the ground floor of the building there is a living room with satellite TV and a seating area. On the first floor there is a common room with a sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, player, electronic darts, table football and a children's corner with toys. There is also a bar in the common room (operated self-service and for a fee), which is equipped with tap equipment, a refrigerator and glasses. The cottage is heated by central heating and a fireplace stove. The property offers free WI-FI internet access. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with parking directly at the property (max. 10 cars). The garden includes a swimming pool, a roofed pergola with seating, a fireplace, a smokehouse, a fireplace, a large grill, a kettle and an outdoor kitchen. Children will certainly appreciate the children's playground with a sandpit, swing, slide, trampoline and table tennis. It is possible to use the sauna by arrangement. There is a storage room for bicycles or skis. In the vicinity of the cottage there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing and mushroom picking. Swimming options include: natural swimming pool in Rokytnice, Pastviny dam and Žamberk aquapark. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Orlické Záhoří ski resort, Jadrná ski resort, Černá Voda ski resort and Říčky ski resort. Trips in the surrounding area are: Kunštátská chapel, Komáří vrch, Velká Deštná, Olešnice nature trail, Zdobnice or Luisino Údolí. We look forward to seeing you there.
