DESCRIPTION: The smaller log cabin (up to 14 people) has a large living room with a tiled stove, dining table, corner rollaway sofa with a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.) on the ground floor. In addition to the three rooms on the floor (3+3+4 people) and the "children's playroom" above them in the attic (airport 4x bed), there are 2 bathrooms with shower cabins and a toilet and one separate toilet. The larger log cabin includes 2 apartments (8+7 ​​people) - Apartment Ptáček max 8 people, 2x bedrooms (2+2), attic 4x bed (suitable for children), living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV and stairs to the attic, 1x bathroom with shower cabin and toilet, 1x separate toilet. Apartment Kytička max 7 people, 1x bedroom (3x), attic 4x bed (suitable for children), living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV and stairs to the attic, 1x bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. Sanitary facilities - Small log cabin - 2x bathroom with shower cabin and toilet, 1x separate toilet. Large log cabin - APT Ptáček - 1x bathroom with shower and toilet, 1x separate toilet. APT Kytička - 1x bathroom with shower and toilet. Wellness - 2x shower, 1x toilet. Heating - Electric. Floor heating on the ground floor, radiators on the first floor, heating ladder in each bathroom. In case of flooding in tiled stoves without the need for an additional source. Parking for about 10 cars, accessible even in winter, is located right next to the building, about 50m from the main road. The lower border of the plot is lined with an icy mountain stream directly below the highest peaks of the Orlické Mountains.
