The newly built cottage on the banks of the river Svratka is located on the outskirts of the village of Český Herálec in Vysočín. The cottages offer comfortable accommodation for lovers of active recreation and for families with children. In the vicinity you will find many hiking trails, cycle paths and a golf course in the nearby village of Svratka. In winter, cross-country trails are maintained in the area, and several slopes are easily accessible. The cottage is located 3 km from the source of the river Svratka and its width at the cottage is approx. 4 m and depth approx. 30 cm. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION: 1x living room with kitchenette, 1x double room on the ground floor (double bed), 3x double room (double beds) on the first floor. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen with a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and drip coffee maker. There is TV/SAT, WIFI in the living room. Towels, sheets, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, etc. are available, 1x cot and 1x highchair on request. Social facilities: 1x bathroom with toilet (shower) on the ground floor, 1x bathroom (shower, bathtub) on the first floor, 1x toilet on the first floor. Heating: Central heating + fireplace. Parked at the cottage, it is also possible to store motorbikes and bicycles. The cottage has a garden, a swing, an outdoor grill, a fireplace and a covered seating area. The cottage will be your strategic base, from where you can comfortably go on trips to explore the Žďárské vrchy. It is only 5 km to their highest peak, Devět skal or Žákova hora. Be sure to take a trip to the beautiful Four Sticks and Malinská skála. Another attraction in the area is the pilgrimage church of St. John of Nepomuk on Zelená hora, listed on the UNESCO cultural heritage list. There are also other historical and cultural monuments in the Žďárské vrchy area, the most famous of which include the Betlém Hlinsko open-air museum, the Veselý kopec open-air museum or the Zubštejn ruins. The landscape of the Žďárské vrchy is interspersed with hundreds of kilometers of hiking and cycling routes. Cycle routes usually lead along undulating forest asphalt roads, on which the entry of motor vehicles is prohibited. Lovers of swimming and water sports will also appreciate numerous water bodies, for example the pond Velké Dářko, Medlov, Sykovec, Milovský pond, Kyšperský pond, Krejcar and the pool in Žďár nad Sázavou. You can also visit the new wellness center in the Municipal Spa in Nové Město na Morava all year round. Žďárské vrchy offers ideal conditions even in winter, especially for winter tourism. Cross-country skiing and biathlon competitions, including the World Championship, are held in Novoměstsk every year. The marked ski tracks in the area copy the tourist routes and are mechanically well-maintained throughout the winter.
