We offer accommodation in a renovated cottage with a capacity of 18 beds in 6 bedrooms, where there is a great background for both family holidays and a group of friends. The cottage offers comfortable accommodation, where everyone will find their privacy in the apartment and at the same time provides the possibility of spending time together in a furnished living room with an adjoining kitchen. For children there is an indoor playroom, or in the large grassy garden an outdoor playground with a sandpit, a fire bar, a slide and a trampoline. Behind the fully fenced plot there is a covered seating area with a barbecue and a fireplace. In the summer months there is a swimming pool with a diameter of 3.6 m. Right behind the garden flows a stream, where it is no exception to see a deer from the adjacent forest. 4 - 6 cars will be parked on the fenced plot. At the building you will find a place to store bicycles, skis, prams. Behind the entrance is one of two common rooms overlooking the forest, where there is a sitting area and darts, from here you enter the area with a ping - pong table. Second living room with sitting area, rich library and radio, with shared fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, hob, oven and microwave. From the common rooms you enter the corridor, from which you enter the individual apartments and the children's playroom, where children will certainly find fun in case of bad weather - a large plastic house, kitchen, coloring books, books, toys. Here you will also find equipment for rent for the little ones (dining chairs, potties, changing mat). Apartment No. 1 - 6 people: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave and kettle. The bathroom with shower is a toilet. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom 4 adults or a pile of children can comfortably sleep on a 4-bed bed. Apartment No. 2 - 6 people: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, microwave, hob, oven, kettle. One room offers a double bed, the other a double bed and a double bunk bed. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower and bath. Apartment No. 3 - 4 people: Room for 4 people, 2 single beds and a double bunk bed. Basic kitchen equipment without the possibility of cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Room - 2 persons: In a separate room there is a double bed, a sofa bed (or 1 bed). Of course, each apartment has plenty of storage space in the form of cabinets, kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. For your complete comfort there is a connection to WiFi, TV + DVD. Sanitary facilities: 3 bathrooms with toilets. Separate toilet in the living room. Heating with gas adjustable heating (added to the price, according to consumption). Starý Svojanov and surroundings: A picturesque village with an interesting and rich history is located in the Pardubice region. The cottage in the middle of the village is an ideal starting point for many trips. A walk will take you to Svojanov Castle, which offers many cultural events during the season. The surrounding forests will give you a view of beautiful nature, offer a collection of blueberries or mushrooms. Near the cottage, fishermen will appreciate the breeding pond, which is a popular fishing spot. You can buy a fishing license directly at the pond and it also applies to the adjacent fishing grounds. Swimming is ideal at the nearby Křetínská dam or at the swimming pool in Olešnice, Letovice or Polička. Widely sought-after cycle paths intersect with the surroundings. We also recommend a trip to the rock formations "Toulovcovy maštale". You can also visit "Peklo" near Hlinsko, Šiklův mlýn, the Western town of Boskovice and many other places. In winter, the Ski Resort in Olešnice is 9 km away, then in Hamry (5 km) and Radiměř (10 km). It is not far to the New Town in Moravia.
