The cottage with apartments, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Highlands, is located in the small village of Ústup. You can look forward to many possibilities for trips. In summer, you can enjoy swimming in the Křetinská dam, 5 km away, and in winter you can enjoy skiing in the nearby Olešnice ski resort. The cottage consists of several buildings, which contain apartment studios. Apartments Ústup offers accommodation for 18 people in four separately rented apartments with their own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The property can also be rented as a whole. Description: Apartment No. 1 has a capacity for 6 people, there is a four-bed bedroom (1x double bed + 1x double bed with a sofa bed) and 2x extra beds in the living room (sofa bed) suitable for children. Apartments No. 2,3 and 4 have a capacity for 4 people, there is 1 double bed and 2 extra beds for children in the form of a sofa bed. Apartment no. 3 is a duplex and the sleeping area is located on the floor, which is reached by steeper stairs. A cot is available for rent. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, dishwasher, dining area and kitchen utensils). The apartments have a TV. The sanitary facilities in each apartment include one bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Towels are available. Heating is provided by a heat pump or direct heaters. You can spend time outside in the grassy garden. Seating is available on the outdoor terrace. There is a grill and a fireplace. Children will appreciate the sandbox and trampoline. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the apartments there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. There is also a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Křetínka dam, Olešnice swimming pool, Letovice water reservoir, Letovice swimming pool, Březová nad Svitavou swimming pool, Lysice swimming pool, St. Anna Březina quarry, Bystřice nad Perštejnem swimming pool and swimming pool, etc. There are nearby ski resorts: Olešnice and Hodonín u Kunštátu. Trips in the area include Svojanov Castle, Pumptrack Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, Letovice Castle, Kunštát Castle, Blanica Knights Cave, Vír Dam, ruins of Pyšolec and Zubštejn castles or the historical centers of Svitavy and Polička.
