The modernly renovated wellness Chata nad Milíkovem is located on a hill above the village of Milíkov near the town of Jablunkov in the beautiful mountain environment of the Beskydy Protected Area. You can look forward to very comfortable accommodation and relaxation in the sauna or in the outdoor jacuzzi. The main dominant appearance of the cottage is the elements of wood and sandstone, which are also used in the exterior. This luxury cottage offers accommodation for 14 people in four bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible, the others are located on the floor, which is accessed by stairs from the living room. There is a total of 4-bed bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a triple bedroom with an extra bed (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed in the form of a sofa bed) and two 2-bed bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and the possibility of two extra beds in the form of a sofa bed in the living room. The extra bed is suitable for children due to its size. Pleasant moments can be spent in the living room on the ground floor. The room includes a sofa bed, TV + soundbar, wifi connection, two dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen (American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, convection oven, electric kettle, induction stove, microwave and DeLongi coffee maker including excellent coffee). From the windows of the room you can enjoy beautiful views of the valley and mountains. In the basement of the cottage there is a wellness area with a Finnish sauna with an audio system and a relaxation room with armchairs and a tepidarium. From the wellness area you can go outside and enjoy the views of the illuminated hills opposite. From the relaxation room of the wellness area you can also go to a modernly furnished wine cellar with a spacious stylish seating area, a large Smart TV, tap equipment and, above all, a wide range of wines from Moravia. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include three bathrooms and three toilets. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and two washbasins and one separate toilet. On the first floor there is one bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The wellness area includes an open shower and one separate toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer. Heating is provided throughout the building by underfloor heating in combination with heatflow panels 7 controlled via WiFi thermostats, thanks to which it is possible to individually control the temperature in each room. In the summer months, the entire house is air-conditioned. For outdoor seating, there is a spacious terrace with a large oak table and a garden fireplace for grilling. In the corner of the terrace is a hot tub for 6 people, situated to provide maximum privacy and a breathtaking view of the valley. At a sufficient distance above the terrace, so as not to disturb and at the same time not far for guests, you will find a parking lot with a fireplace and benches. Above the parking lot is a spacious garden house used for storing sports equipment. Children can look forward to outdoor climbing frames with a slide, sandbox and swing. Parking is available directly at the property. There is a private parking lot for 5 cars and one space in the fenced part of the property. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. The cottage is located directly on the hiking trail Kozubová - Kamenitý - Ostrý and beyond. Swimming options include: Jablunkov swimming pool, Bystřice swimming pool, Třinec swimming pool, Třinec swimming pool, etc. There are nearby ski resorts: Mosty u Jablunkova, Kozubová, Armáda, Hrádek, Severka, Javorový vrch and others. The village of Mosty u Jablunkova attracts visitors with its bobsleigh track, rope center, children's rope center, climbing walls, children's trampolines and children's amusement park, as well as the Museum of the Tri-border Region - Jablunkov, the Museum of the Třinec Ironworks and the City of Třinec or the Frýdek Castle.
