The cozy Bea Cottage with an outdoor pool is located in the beautiful Bítov Bay near the Vranov Dam in the picturesque countryside of South Moravia. The nearby dam (50 m) offers plenty of water fun - swimming, fishing, surfing, pedal boats, boats and more. Nearby trips include Bítov Castle and the ruins of Cornštejn Castle or Vranov nad Dyjí Chateau. Bea Cottage provides accommodation for 12 people in three four-bed bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed, a TV with YouTube, a wardrobe, a dining table and three chairs. Two bedrooms have fireplaces. A cot and a high chair are available for rent. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave with grill, dishes, toaster, toaster and coffee maker for ground coffee). The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also one toilet located outside. Heating is provided by two fireplaces and electric heaters. To save electricity, it is advisable to bring your own wooden briquettes. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. You can enjoy your time together on the spacious roofed terrace with seating, which can be expanded. There is a concrete garden grill. In the summer months, you will enjoy an outdoor circular pool with sun loungers and a solar shower. Children will appreciate the trampoline, sandpit, children's house and swings. You can play Russian skittles. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking. Swimming options include: Vranovská dam, Bítovská bay, Water park - Camp Bítov, swimming pool Nimpšov, Biotope Jemnice, etc. Other trips in the area include Jevišovice chateau, Jevišovická and Výrovická lakes. Podyjí National Park, the Premonstratensian Monastery in Louka, the rotunda of St. Catherine, the Lednice-Valtice Area (UNESCO) or the historical center of the city of Znojmo, Moravské Budějovice or Raabs a. d.
