Davle Cottage with sauna is located in the village of the same name, located at the confluence of the Vltava and Sázava rivers, just 22 km south of the center of Prague and just 10 km from the Slapy Dam. This is an architecturally unique recreational object located in beautiful nature on a slope overlooking the river. The cottage offers accommodation for 2 people, there is 1 double bed. The heart of the cottage is a large living room with a bedroom, kitchen, panoramic windows and access to an outdoor terrace and garden with a garden house with a sauna. The room includes a spacious double bed, a large dining table that also serves as a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a fridge with freezer, an oven with a microwave, a hob, a washing machine, a dryer and spacious built-in wardrobes. There is also a TV (with O2 TV), reliable WIFI connection and a professional weather station. The building is secured by a camera system and a security system. The sanitary facilities include one separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Heating is provided by underfloor heating throughout the building. Air conditioning is also available. The cottage has electricity and drinking water. There is a pleasant seating area outside the cottage. There is a charcoal grill, an electric grill and a standard fireplace for roasting bacon. You must bring your own wood and coal. The garden house hides a pleasant sauna and additional storage space, e.g. for bicycles or tools. Parking is possible near the building (approx. 100 steps from the building) in a private parking space. Hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking are possible in the vicinity of the building. There are also tennis courts, a golf course, disc golf, a bike park and a boat rental nearby. Swimming options include: Vrané water reservoir, Štěchovice water reservoir, Jez Žampach, Jílové u Prahy swimming pool, Radotín biotope, Kunratický pond Šeberák, Lhotka biotope, Barrandov aquapark, Slapská dam, Prague - Aquapalace aquapark, etc. For trips in the area, the Nature Trail leading to the geometric center of Bohemia attracts you, which will take you from the park through the center of the town, further across the Old Davel Bridge, around the train station and the local part of Sázava to the gazebo, where you can enjoy a unique view of Davle and the Vltava River valley. Also, a steamboat cruise Davle - Slapy, a steam train - Posázavský Pacific, Jílové gold mines - the adits of St. Joseph and St. Anthony of Padua or the extinct medieval settlement of Sekanka.
