Cottage with a terrace and swimming pool on the border of three recreational areas - Bohemian Paradise, Giant Mountains and the neighboring Jizera Mountains. The cozy wooden cottage is located in the village of Bozkov near the towns of Semily and Železný Brod. This ideal location offers plenty of opportunities for year-round tourism and sports activities. The village includes the famous Bozkov dolomite caves with the largest underground lake in Bohemia and the Baroque pilgrimage church of the Virgin Mary from the 17th century. The cottage provides accommodation for 7 people. There is a double ground floor bedroom (1 double bed), a four-bed attic bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 1 extra bed in the form of a sofa bed in the living area. A cot is available for rent. On the ground floor, you can spend time together in the common room with a fireplace, sofa, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, grill, kettle, dishwasher and refrigerator). There is a cloakroom in the hallway. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror and toilet on the ground floor and one separate toilet in the attic with a sink and mirror. Bed linen and towels are available for rent. There is a washing machine. Heating is provided by a fireplace, electric underfloor heating and infrared panels. Firewood is included in the price of the stay. There is a wifi internet connection throughout the property. Outside, the ground floor bedroom is connected to a hanging terrace with garden furniture and a grill. In the attic part, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the views of the natural landscape. Around the cottage there is a well-kept grassy garden with a fireplace and seating. In warm weather, the 5x3 m outdoor pool will refresh you. There is a trampoline. The entire plot is fenced. Parking is possible directly at the building. There are 2 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the building, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are tennis courts, a golf course and a boat and raft rental nearby. The village has a sports complex where you can play ball sports (five-a-side football, volleyball, football, tennis, etc.). Swimming options include: Bumbálka Jesenny swimming pool, Chuchelna swimming pool, Železný Brod swimming pool, Zlatá Olešnice swimming pool, Mříčná swimming pool, Jilemnice swimming pool, etc. There are nearby ski resorts and lifts: Nad Nádražím - Semily, Kozákov, Šachty Vysoké nad Jizerou and others. The beautiful natural scenery in the Jizera and Kamenice valleys, the Palacký trail, the Rieger trail, the Běliště Museum, Malá Skála, Jilemnice Castle, the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise in Turnov, Liberec - ZOO, Botanical Garden, IQ Landia, the baroque Kuks castle or the Dvůr Králové nad Labem Zoo and Safari Zoo are all attractive for trips in the area.
