Cottage with a swimming pool on the border of three recreational areas - Bohemian Paradise, Giant Mountains and the neighboring Jizera Mountains. The village includes the famous Bozkov dolomite caves with the largest underground lake in Bohemia. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms located in the attic. There is a total of 1 quadruple bedroom (double bed + two single beds) and 2 double bedrooms (double bed). Bed linen is available. A cot is available for rent. There is a children's corner in the large bedroom. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room with a fireplace, sofa and TV/SAT, as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher with towels, coffee maker and electric kettle). In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a storage room for bicycles and skis. WIFI internet connection is provided throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include two bathrooms with a bathtub and toilet. One is located on the ground floor (larger bathtub) and the other in the attic (smaller bathtub). Heating is provided by a heat pump. You can heat up in the fireplace in the living room. The cottage is located on a fenced plot and in the garden there is plenty of space for relaxation and games with children. There is an outdoor seating area with a barbecue and in bad weather you can sit on the covered terrace. In summer, the outdoor pool is refreshing. For children, there is a sandbox, outdoor toys and a children's kitchen in the garden. You can park directly at the building, there are 3 parking spaces available. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. There is a riding school and a golf course nearby. Approximately 100m from the cottage there is an inflatable jumping pillow, two playgrounds and in the sports area there are tennis courts and a football pitch. A spring of drinking water flows under the cottage. Hiking is attracted by the trails through the Kamenice River valley - the Palackého trail connecting to the popular Rieger trail through the Jizera valley and the trail to Vysoké nad Jizerou. Swimming options include: Bumbálka Jesenny swimming pool, Chuchelna swimming pool, Železný Brod swimming pool, Jablonec nad Nisou swimming pool, Zlatá Olešnice swimming pool, Žlutá plovárna - Malá Skála, Jilemnice swimming pool, etc. There are nearby ski resorts: Vysoké nad Jizerou 10 km (ski lifts for children and adults, snow tubing and cross-country trails), Sklenařice Ski Resort, Kozákov, Jablonec nad Jizerou, Rokytnice nad Jizerou or Harrachov. Other trips include the rock town of Malá Skála - rope center, rafting and canoeing down the Jizera River, scooter rental, as well as Suché skály - climbing walls, Hrubá Skála, Běliště Museum Železný Brod, Jilemnice Castle, Museum of Bohemian Paradise Turnov, Liberec - ZOO, Botanical Garden, IQ Landia, Baroque Kuks Chateau or Zoo with Safari Dvůr Králové nad Labem.
