A family cottage featuring a sauna and a swimming pond, situated at the foot of the Jizera Mountains near the Kamenice River, the Navarov castle ruins, and the town of Železný Brod (home to the Rieger Trail). The property accommodates 14 guests across four private bedrooms: one double, one triple, one quadruple, and one five-bed room. Available amenities include a wooden crib, a folding mesh travel cot, and a child carrier suitable for children up to approximately two years of age. Towels, bath towels, and bed linen are provided, and bedroom windows are fitted with insect screens. Guests can relax in the common room, which features a wood-burning stove, a dining area, a seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge-freezer, toaster, immersion blender, coffee maker, and spices/condiments) with bar seating. One of the bedrooms includes a children's corner with a play rug and storage units filled with toys, stuffed animals, and children's books. Adults also have a wide selection of board games and books at their disposal. For added fun, there are dozens of fancy-dress costumes available for both children and adults. Right by the cottage entrance, there is a wooden table where guests can set up a beer and soft drink tap; an electrical outlet is conveniently located nearby. Bathroom facilities include two fully equipped bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink. The downstairs bathroom is larger and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. A changing table, a small baby bath, two potties, a child-sized toilet seat, and a step stool for the sink are also provided. The cottage features underfloor heating with automatic controls, and a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere; firewood is available right on-site. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The garden features a large pergola with a seating area, accessible directly from the common room and kitchen. A barbecue grill and a fire pit—complete with roasting forks—are also available. Next to the pergola, there is an outdoor swimming pond with wooden decking and a small waterfall. Guests can relax in a wood-fired Finnish sauna located in a separate small building right next to the swimming pond, which serves as a perfect spot to cool off afterward. The garden also includes a children's playground with a small climbing wall, a slide, a sandbox, and swings. A small outbuilding located just behind the cottage provides storage space for skis or bicycles. The cottage is equipped with outdoor toys for the garden (balls, a rocker, a trampoline, ride-on toys, a jump rope, buckets and sandbox tools, and water play accessories for the pond). There is also a separate, spacious room featuring heated dryers for outerwear, shoes, and ski boots. Parking is available directly on the property; there are two spaces in a covered carport, plus room for another 3 to 4 cars in front of it. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts are located nearby. In the summer, the nearby forests are perfect for gathering mushrooms, blueberries, or raspberries. A flooded slate quarry used for swimming is located just a few meters from the cottage. Other swimming options include the Držkov, Bumbálka Jesenný, Železný Brod, Zlatá Olešnice, and Chuchelna outdoor pools, as well as Žlutá plovárna in Malá Skála, among others. Nearby ski resorts and slopes include Zásada, Dráček Alšovice, Zlatá Olešnice, Šachty Vysoké nad Jizerou, Koberovy-Hamštejn, and others. The cottage serves as an ideal starting point for trips to the Jizera Mountains, the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše), and the Bohemian Paradise (Český ráj). Local attractions perfect for excursions include the Bozkov Dolomite Caves, the Hrubá Skála and Malá Skála rock formations, and the Jizera River area (featuring boat and raft rentals). You can also visit Liberec—home to Aquapark Babylon, the zoo, iQlandia, and laser tag—as well as the Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou, the Tanvaldský Špičák lookout tower, Smržovka Chateau, the Museum of the Cimrman Era and Příchovice lookout tower, Krkavčí Skála, and the Železný Brod Mini-Museum of Glass Nativity Scenes.
