Cottage for rent with 2 boats is located in a picturesque and quiet environment of the cottage settlement Chmelnice, which is one of the recreational areas of the dam Vranov nad Dyjí. The cottage is divided into 2 equal parts. Each of the two parts has two floors and has a separate entrance with the same facilities. Total capacity of one part of the cottage is 9 + 1 bed, a total of both parts 18 + 2 beds. On the upper floor of both parts you will find two separate rooms. Each has a separate entrance to the shared balcony. In the first room there are 4 beds, in the second room there are 5 beds (of which 3 are on the mezzanine on the gallery). On the ground floor of both parts of the cottage is a bathroom. equipment and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette for self-cooking (fridge with freezer, electric cooker, dishes, microwave, kettle). Furthermore, there is a sofa bed (extra bed) and a fireplace, which in case of cold evenings will make your holiday more pleasant. Other equipment of the cottage includes TV, radio, bedding + sheets. Soc. the facility is tastefully and efficiently equipped. In each part of the cottage is a shower, sink with hot and cold water, toilet. Heating is possible by fireplace. Wood for stoves is always available. The cottage is very well insulated, so even in the colder period very quickly heats and maintains a pleasant climate. The cottage has two steak grills, swing, open fireplace, skittles, table tennis, children's sandpit, 2 boats (boat for 6 people), children's life jackets, outdoor seating, parking, cellar for bicycles. The reservoir Vranov nad Dyjí is rightfully one of the most sought after in the Czech Republic, especially due to its breathtaking nature (Podyjí National Park), ideal conditions for swimming and water sports and many marked hiking and biking trails. Nearby you will find a volleyball and netball court (nets and balloons available). From the beach is located about 100 m. In the nearby pension Dyje you can order half board, or go to the restaurant, or use a stall with fast food. For nature lovers there are many hiking and biking trails to the surroundings of the Vranov dam with challenging but well-maintained terrains and the Podyjí National Park. The dam is also a popular destination for fishermen. Those interested in history will also find their way. There are many sights such as castles, palaces and museums. One of the closest ruins of Cornštejn Castle (Gothic castle from the beginning of the 14th century) is a beautiful view from the upper rooms of the cottage. You can also find here Bítov Castle, Vranov nad Dyjí Chateau, Slup Water Mill (a unique technical monument), Museum of Historical Vehicles in Lesná, Motorcycle Museum in Bítov etc. 20 min by boat). Those who are on a bike holiday will enjoy to the fullness of the Vranov dam. The surrounding area offers beautiful views and scenery. The profile around the dam is quite rugged and when traveling from one castle to another you can put it in your body.
