Paseky Apartments resort is located in the village of Studnice, which is part of the popular tourist town of Nové Město in Moravia. These are thirteen cozy and comfortably furnished separate apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom. Most apartments are wheelchair accessible. You can look forward to quiet accommodation in the middle of beautiful mountain nature, relaxation in the sauna or an evening barbecue. There are many hiking trails, cycle paths and forest paths suitable for mountain bikes in the surrounding area. In winter, the advantage is the proximity of the Harusův Kopec ski area, which offers slopes of various levels of difficulty, a snow park, evening skiing and lots of groomed cross-country trails. Paseky Apartments resort provide accommodation for 49 people in 13 separately rented apartments. DESCRIPTION: Apartment No. 1 - capacity 4 + 1 persons, 2 bedrooms and own terrace. Apartment No. 2 - capacity 4 + 1 persons and 2 bedrooms. Apartments No. 3, 4, 6, and 10 - capacity 4 + 1 persons, 2 bedrooms are available. Apartments No. 7 and 8 - capacity 2 + 1 persons, the bedroom is part of the living room (ALLIN), Apartments No. 5, 9, 11, 12 - capacity 2 + 1 persons, one separate bedroom is available. Apartment No. 13 is a single room, with one separate bedroom available. In apartments No. 1 - 12, an extra bed is available as a sofa bed in the living room. Eight apartments have wheelchair access. Apartment No. 5 is fully adapted for the disabled. Five apartments are located on the floor. Each apartment includes a living room with comfortable seating and an LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine with capsules and tea, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, sponges, jar, dishwasher tablets , etc.). Bed linen, slippers, sauna sheets and bathrobes are also available. The social facilities include one modern and functional bathroom in each apartment with a shower or bathtub, WC, sinks and in some apartments also with a heated towel radiator. Toiletries, towels, toilet paper and basic hygiene items are a matter of course. There is a washer and dryer. The heating is solved by a central thermostat with the possibility of choosing the temperature. All guests can spend their free time in the common room with seating and a bar or in the games room, where you can play table football, ping-pong, billiards or darts. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. There is an outdoor seating area with a grill in the garden. There is also a fire pit. Children can look forward to the playground and trampoline. You can relax in the outdoor sauna. Part of the entire area is a storage room for bicycles and skis (with the possibility of charging e-bikes). You can park directly at the building. Around the resort, hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing, snowboarding and skiing are possible. There is also a riding stable, golf course and tennis courts nearby. Swimming opportunities include the Velké Dářko dam, popular for swimming, windsurfing, yachting or fishing. There is also a rental of boats and paddleboards, as well as, for example: Medlovský pond, Sykovec pond, natural swimming pool Nové Město na Moravě, Zuberský pond, Municipal spa Nové Město na Moravě, Milovský pond, Kyšperský pond, Skalský pond, Strž reservoir, Domanínský pond, Dalečín pond, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available in winter: Harusův kopec - Nové Město na Moravě and Jimramov. The Nové Město na Moravá Castle, Devět Skal, the Žďárské vrchy PLA, the pilgrimage church of St. John of Nepomuck on Zelená Hora in Žďár nad Sázavou (UNESCO) or the Eden Entertainment Center in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem.
