HAUS 44 - cottage with pool Liběšice - Horní Chobolice - PLA České středohoří. We offer a cottage for rent for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The surroundings of the cottage consist of a large fenced grass field, 2 gazebos with a smokehouse and a grill, and a 6x3 m swimming pool. The land is completely fenced and you do not share it with anyone else. The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Horní Chobolice, which lies at the foot of the Sedlo mountain in the wonderful environment of the PLA České středohoří. The family house is adjacent to the vineyard and is close to the forest. The cottage is entered through a small corridor into the living area with a tiled stove, a large sofa and satellite TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a spacious closet. Another room on the ground floor is a dining room with a kitchenette and large French windows to the private mature garden. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate glass-ceramic el. hob, microwave oven with grill and hot air, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. A small staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The children's room then offers 4 places on two comfortable sofa beds. The spiral staircase leads to the attic, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. The room is complemented by a private balcony overlooking the vineyard. Heating is provided by a heat pump and a fireplace stove. Parking is possible directly at the property in a fenced parking lot for 2 cars, in front of the cottage for another 1 car. Our cottage is mainly offered for families with children and for lovers of hiking, cycling, nature, monuments and good wine, which is produced directly by our winery. In the vicinity of the Ploskovice castle, the historic town of Úštěk, the Chmelař lake, the Helfenburk castle, the national nature museum Zubrnice, the city of Litoměřice. Mount Sedlo at an altitude of 726 m is the fourth highest mountain in the České středohoří, and its entire peak with an area of 42.2 ha is protected as the Sedlo National Nature Reserve in the České středohoří PLA. The reason for this protection is the remains of original deciduous forests with rare flowers. The view is priceless, we guarantee it.
