Koblitzer Hof - cottage Liběšice - Horní Chobolice - heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna. We offer a cottage for rent, which consists of two unique barns. The building is protected from the northern part by a wood, and in the southern part of the property there is a well surrounded by bushes. Thanks to this, the land offers complete privacy. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 14 people in a total of 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a spacious entrance hall with access to a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a view of the garden and the pool. Adjoining the kitchen is a large dining room with a fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a 1st bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. There are 2 elegant bathrooms, each with a toilet and a shower. The first floor offers a TV area with a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms. First bedroom: 1 double bed with the possibility of an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 persons - by arrangement. Second bedroom: 1 double bed also with the possibility of an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 persons - by arrangement, bathroom with toilet and shower. The attic has a generous space and offers not only a wonderful view of the surroundings (Mountain Říp, Hazmburk), but also a pool table, Arcade console, TV, PlayStation 5, and toys. Just the perfect game room for children and adults. If the children do not want to leave this wonderful place, they can sleep here on 2 sofa beds (4 beds in total). In each bedroom you will find an equipped library. Heating is provided by a heat pump and a fireplace stove, and floor heating in the wellness area and bathrooms. Parking is possible directly on the fenced property for 4 cars, outside the property for another 2 cars. We placed the greatest emphasis on the fact that the interiors abound in modern, but at the same time cozy design. Koblitzer Hof is ideal for families and groups of friends who wish to experience a luxurious retreat. A heated outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, a sauna and a games room with billiards are available to guests. In the garden there is a heated swimming pool 8x4m, gazebo, fireplace and garden furniture. Above the garden is a private forest. The entire area is fenced. Possibility to arrange breakfast and evening tastings in another building (approx. 200m from Koblitzer Hof). The restaurant is in nearby Úštěk. The closest to the cottage is Sedlo mountain, which is rightly considered a temple of nature. On foot, you are under its foot in 10 minutes and you can look at its peak, which rises at an altitude of 726m, for a quite acceptable hour. On your way up you will encounter the dark gray trachybasalt basalt rock that forms the local rocks. With a little imagination, they will look like small rock cities, which are unique in our volcanic rocks. Sedlo is the fourth highest mountain in the České středohoří, and its entire peak with an area of 42.2 ha is protected as the Sedlo National Nature Reserve in the České středohoří PLA.
