This timber cottage with an outdoor pool is situated in a secluded spot near the forest amidst the beautiful scenery of the Bohemian Paradise (*Český ráj*). It is located close to popular tourist attractions such as Trosky Castle, the Hrubá Skála rock city and chateau, and the Prachov Rocks. The stylishly furnished cottage accommodates up to 8 people. It features three double bedrooms (with double beds) and two additional sleeping spaces provided by a sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two are upstairs. A baby cot is available upon request. Guests can enjoy the ground-floor living area, which includes a seating area, TV, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee maker). Bathroom facilities consist of a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, and hairdryer. The cottage is heated by a central heating system, and Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The cottage sits on a fenced plot. Guests can relax under the covered pergola or on sun loungers; a barbecue grill and a fire pit are also provided. An outdoor pool offers refreshment during warm weather. The grassy area includes a space set up for football, complete with goals. Additionally, there is the option to set up a net for football-tennis or badminton, or to play table tennis. Children will appreciate the sandbox and small playground. Bicycle storage is available. A small farm area next to the cottage is home to two friendly sheep and some chickens. By prior arrangement, you can help care for the animals and earn some farm-fresh eggs. Parking is available directly on the premises, with space for four vehicles. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts, a riding stable, and a bowling alley are also nearby. Swimming options include the Lomnice nad Popelkou outdoor pool, Roudenka Pond, the Jinolice Ponds, and the Chuchelna and Sedmihorky outdoor pools, among others. Nearby ski slopes include Kozákov, Nad Nádražím (Semily), Koberovy-Hamštejn, Turnov-Struhy, and more. Local attractions worth visiting include the Hrubá Skála Rock City, the Prachov Rocks, the belfry with inverted bells in Rovensko pod Troskami, Valdštejn Castle, Tichánek’s Lookout Tower, the Raleigh Motorcycle Museum in Lomnice nad Popelkou, Humprecht Chateau, the Museum of Bohemian Paradise in Turnov, and the historic center of the fairytale town of Jičín.
