In our Trojchata there are 3 above-standard equipped apartments under one roof, each apartment can accommodate 5 people, so the whole building does not exceed 15 people. Each apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen with storage space for food and clothes (kitchen with sink, ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones, refrigerator with 3-drawer freezer, microwave, kettle, all cooking and dining utensils), seating area with fireplace. and satellite TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs two separate, fully separated bedrooms (2 + 3 beds; 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers) and a storage room for luggage. Directly in front of Trojchatá there is a heated and indoor swimming pool (the cover is, of course, sliding). Heating is provided by a heat pump, so the water temperature never drops below 26 ° C. The pool heating is free of charge from June to mid-September, outside these dates the operation of the pump may be charged - depending on the weather conditions. Behind Trojchatá there is a large terrace with a pergola (pergola dimensions 6x3 m) and a view of the wooded slope. Under the terrace is a grassy playground equipped with a trampoline (4.5 m in diameter), a sandpit, a wooden house with a slide, swings, a children's carousel and a campfire fireplace. The river Dyje flows right behind the course, so the fishermen are really close to the river. The whole area of ​​Trojchata is fully fenced. The equipment of the area is further complemented by: three fireplaces and three portable grills (one for each apartment), tap equipment with continuous cooling, sturdy garden furniture, boats for a ride on the Dyje, bicycles and much more. Heating is provided by electric heaters and fireplaces with tiled paneling. Wood is available in a reasonable amount free of charge, wood briquettes for 75 CZK / package (10 kg). Parking (2 parking spaces / apartment, a total of 6 parking spaces) is located directly in front of Trojchata, ie on a fenced plot. The castle grounds are perched on the bottom of a romantic, wooded canyon. The whole area is one mushroom paradise. The castle is dominated by the ruins of the castle Frejštejn on a high rock. If someone wants to bathe in natural water, they can bathe in the river Dyje above the raft, only 100 m from the cottage.
